At the same time, many of our products are handcrafted, delicate, and made from materials such as marble dust, which require careful handling. This policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both sides.


1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return, refund, or replacement may be requested only if:

  • The product received is damaged or broken during delivery

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product is defective or missing components

To be eligible, you must:

  • Make a claim within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear unboxing video proof (required)

Without an unboxing video showing the package being opened from sealed condition, complaints of damage cannot be accepted.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Items broken due to mishandling or dropping

  • Natural variations in handcrafted or hand-painted items

  • Size, color, or texture differences that occur due to screen display or handmade nature

Especially for marble dust idols and fragile items, minor texture or paint variations are normal and not considered defects.


3. Reporting a Damaged or Wrong Product

If the delivered item is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of:

    • The outer package

    • Shipping label

    • The damaged or wrong product

  2. Send the photos and mandatory unboxing video to:

  3. Include your:

    • Order number

    • Name

    • Contact number

Our team will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Replacement Policy

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (preferred), or

  • Store credit / partial refund depending on product availability

Replacement is subject to stock availability.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only:

  • If a replacement is not available

  • If the claim is verified and approved

  • If the issue is from our end (wrong product or manufacturing defect)

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.


6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


7. Return Shipping

  • If we request the product to be returned, we will arrange or guide you for return shipping.

  • Products must be packed securely in original packaging.

If the item is returned damaged due to poor repacking, refund may be reduced or denied.


8. Special Notes About Fragile Items (Marble Dust Idols)

Our marble dust idols are handcrafted and delicate. They may have:

  • Slight texture differences

  • Minor paint imperfections

  • Natural design variations

These are not considered defects but signs of handmade craftsmanship.
